Michael Caria, giovane producer di stanza a Londra, ha pubblicato di recente Persone, un disco sugli esseri umani e le loro difficoltà di stare al mondo. “An instrospective journey into humans mind, precious moments, leneliness, fragility”.
La sua è un’elettronica dal volto umano, nella quale fa confluire techno, trance, IDM e ambient, con uno sguardo compassato in bilico tra Bauman e Russell, tra Persone di plastica, mancanze e solitudini.
“Human life must be some kind of mistake, The truth of this will be sufficiently obvious if we only remember that man is a compound of needs and necessities hard to satisfy; and that even when they are satisfied, all he obtains is a state of painlessness, where nothing remains to him but abandonment to boredom”.
Il disco, ascoltabile e acquistabile sulla pagina Bandcamp dell’artista, è uscito per Veinte 33 Records, label di musica elettronica, ambient e drone, con base a Montevideo in Uruguay.
